Quill is a suite of writing apps that has received more than $500,000 in funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, AT&T, Verizon, and Google. Over 200,000 students have signed up, and complete about 5,000 activities a day.

I've worked in virtually every role in the company, from finance and marketing, to operations and sales.

Currently, I focus on engineering using React.js, Sass, Ruby on Rails, and SQL, I've worked extensively on both the front and back-end to build and maintain the site.

I work with their design and marketing team to plan and implement pages using JQuery, HTML5, and CSS3, along with custom HubSpot and analytic integrations.

Where Am I?

Side Project

Where Am I? Is a single page web app for people that wander into unknown territory. It determines what neighborhood you are in, as well as housing prices, dining establishments, and the popularity of the area.

It is built with Rails, utilizes a Postgres SQL database and HTML5 Geolocation, and is integrated with the Google Maps, Street Easy, and Yelp API's.

Bit Longer is a light weight Chrome extension that reveals full versions of shortened and masked links on Twitter.

It is written in Javascript and uses Ruby with Sinatra for the back-end.

Rapsheet is an interactive visualization of half a century of American crime.

It uses D3.js to show a data visualization of violent crimes by year and state.
